What a special day! Frantique’s photographers understand that celebrating the union of two people is one of the most special occasions, and we are committed to capture this day in all its splendour.

Start your journey with an engagement shoot – not only is it a great way to share the engagement with friends and family, but it provides you with an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the photographers, so that you feel more at ease on the big day.

Planning is an essential component for the success of your wedding day. This is also true for the photography. We will meet with you prior to the wedding day to discuss details and special arrangements. This meeting is important, as we will form an idea of the style of photography that will compliment your taste and wedding. After we have acquired a good grasp of how the day will progress, two photographers will join you on the wedding day. We capture all the excitement and anticipation before the ceremony as both parties prepare - a female photographer will spend time with the bride while she gets dressed, and a male photographer will be with the groom.

The ceremony itself is treated with the utmost respect: two photographers, strategically located, will ensure minimal intrusion and movement, whilst covering a range of angles.

Our time spent with the couple is fun and relaxed - we will make sure that the newlyweds look your best!

Taking photographs at the reception is always a festive, fun-filled experience. We work closely with the Master of Ceremonies, best man and maid of honour to ensure that the family and group photographs, and all other photographs requiring the participation of guests, are dealt with promptly and without interrupting the flow of the ceremony. A ‘photo booth’ (portable studio with backdrop) for group photographs is a popular way to take ‘studio type’ photographs on site, as well as to capture the jubilant mood of the guests.

Frantique’s wedding packages are designed to provide you with a range of ways to share your favorite memories, and include either a traditional album, or a designer coffee table book. A private web-gallery with your favourite images and a compact disc with e-mail sized images from which to print Jumbo’s, are standard features of all packages. Some packages include Parent Albums and an A2 enlargement in either stretched canvas or framed print format. Our designer invitations and ‘thank you’ postcards are favourite ways for couples to share their experiences with their guests.
